As golf course parcels continue to be developed into residential housing, the original plan for Bluewater Bay must be updated into a community friendly concept that improves the quality of life for all residents, maximizes green space and preserves and protects the property values in Bluewater Bay. BUF intends to lobby in support of that initiative.
